The Mission launches publication series about 23 Higher Educational Establishments where the youth from the temporarily occupied territories can study at two-month scholaship preparatory causes, starting from 29 of June until 31 of August. 

Here is the following institution where the entrants from the temporarily occupied territories can receive training prior to the future academic year.

Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University is a modern higher educational institution of the fourth accreditation level with 5 thousand full time and part time students.

The University preparatory courses include:

• Preparation for entrance and study at the higher education institutions of Ukraine, systematization of school knowledge and elimination of differences in school curricula. Duration of training: from 29 June to 31 August 2021;
• arrangement of cultural, sports events and psychological trainings;
• The entrants are provided with scholarship of 4588 UKR per month and a free room at the University Campus Hostel.
