On July 1 at 14:00, an open media briefing will take place at the Ukraine Crisis Media Center (2 Khreshchatyk Street), organized by the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to present the outcomes of the workshop series Crimea and Youth: Visions of Resilience, Values, and Cohesion.
The briefing will serve as an opportunity to present the key ideas, insights, and conclusions developed by Ukrainian youth during interregional facilitated dialogues focused on envisioning the future of Crimea, the role of the younger generation in reintegration processes, and the challenges related to information isolation and social cohesion.
The briefing will cover the following topics:
- The results of a series of facilitated youth workshops held between March and May 2025 in seven Ukrainian cities (Kharkiv, Lviv, Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Poltava, and Ostroh), involving over 250 young participants, including students, internally displaced persons, and youth from temporarily occupied territories;
- The perspectives of Ukrainian youth on the de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea, particularly their understanding of national unity, as well as the challenges and opportunities following the liberation of the peninsula;
- Key findings on the commonalities and differences in views among youth from government-controlled areas and temporarily occupied territories, as well as their readiness to engage in processes of cognitive de-occupation;
- The methodology and format of the dialogues, based on a three-vector analysis (past — present — future), with a focus on developing visions for post-occupation Crimea;
- Recommendations for institutional and civil society-level scaling of youth engagement practices in the field of cognitive de-occupation and national dialogue.

- Dmytro Teperik – International expert on resilience, security, and strategic communications.
