On April, 3 the Permanent Representative of the president in ARC Borys Babin met with the Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Yulia Svitlychna and the Head of Kharkiv Regional Council Sergiy Chernov.

During the meeting the Crimean IDPs’ Rights  protection discussed in the context of medical, educational and social services exercising  and as well as the  implementation of the relevant housing programs. Also it was discussed the prospects of cooperation of the Mission with the regional authorities to fulfill the instructions assigned by the President of Ukraine.
