On 23February 2019 a regular national Crimea Tatar Wrestling Tournament “Kuresh” to memorize the famous activist of Crimean Tatar People Noman Chelebydzikhan was held in Kyiv.

The tournament was supported by Mejlis of Crimean Tatar People with its broadcasting provided by “ATR” TV Channel.

The young and adult wrestlers took part in the competition as well as those came from the temporarily occupied territory of AR Crimea.

The tournament winners were awarded with the medals, diplomas and cups from the organizers and valuable gifts from the sponsors who preserve and maintain the development of Crimean Tatar traditions under the temporarily occupation.
