He was appointed Deputy Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in April 2022.
Mr. Denys was born in Mykolaiv. After graduating with a degree in Law from the Lviv Commercial Academy, he served for one year as a conscript in Simferopol as part of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The next 8 years of his life were spent studying at the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine and serving in operational positions in the Security Service. During this time, he also received a degree in Finance from Kherson National Technical University. In 2015, Denys Chystikov joined the Mission as a Chief Consultant.
From 2016 to 2022, he worked as the Head of the Sector in Kherson region of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.
On April 25, 2022, by the order of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, he was appointed Deputy Permanent Representative of the President in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
