On 7 August 2019 pursuant to the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, the Law Reforming Commission was established.

The Commission includes the working group on reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories, headed by Anton Korynevych, the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

The working group comprises the famous Ukrainian lawyers, human rights advocates and scientists.
