It is not necessary to cross the administrative boundary line to visit a doctor in Kherson region for signing a declaration. All you have to do is to sign it online, just by calling a doctor.

At the moment, such service is available only in Kherson region, but the authorities are working to resolve the issue of access to on-line services, by the citizens residing in the temporarily occupied territories.
