In June 13, 2018 the First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine Izet Gdanov participated in the meeting of the Public Council of the MFA of Ukraine. During the meeting it was discussed a response to current provocative activity of the aggressor state in the Black and Azov Seas around Crimea, the organization of proper counteraction of illegal shipping and aviation in Crimea and the development of planning and programming of counteractive processes of Russian aggression and Crimean de-occupation.

The Public Council supported the efforts of the Mission on coordination of the relevant activity of the authorities on Crimean issues, on the establishment of the Working Group of High Level by the Mission, for the Mission`s thematic working groups on aviation, trade navigation. Appreciation was expressed to the efforts of the Mission on development of the Plan of urgent measures on counteractive Russian aggression from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in Crimea, of protection of interests of the State, Ukrainian citizens and Ukrainian legal persons in Crimea for the period of 2018-2019.
