On 25 September 2018 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin met with the SMM OSCE Advisor in Ukraine Mr. Konnor Jardullo and the representatives of SMM OSCE Kherson team.

The meeting focused on enjoyment of rights of the residents of the temporarily occupied Crimea and their access to justice with particular attention to civil registration and jurisdiction of the Ukrainian court regarding the temporarily occupied territory.

Borys Babin reported ongoing law-making activity being undertaken by the Mission in this sphere and discussed the ways of further collaboration.

The above –mentioned issues including the aspects of the realization of the right to education within the program “Crimea – Ukraine” were discussed by the Permanent Representative and the representatives of civic organization “The Tenth of April”.
