On the 30th day of August 2017 in the Mission took place a working session under the chairmanship of Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Borys Babin.
The session was held with the participation of the First assistant of Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in Autonomous Republic of Crimea Izet Hdanov, heads of departments of the representative office, the First Deputy Chief of Central Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Volodymyr Hmel, deputy Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Serhii Popov, the First Deputy Chief of Azov-Black Sea Regional Directorate of the State Guard Service of Ukraine Yevhen Andrushchenko, Head of the Border Control Department Yurii Shvaliuk, the First Deputy Chief of Department of Immigration and Citizenship of Ukraine in Kherson Region Yana Ahapkina, Head of the Department of the Customs Control of Kherson Customs Office of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Bakulin, the First Deputy Chief of Central Department of Justice in Kherson region Oleh Predmestnikov and head of the Central Department of the National Police in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Anatolii Bahchyvanzhy.
The parties discussed a number of issues within the competence of each attendee of the session.
In particular, a solution of topical issues related to the provision of administrative services to the Crimean residents, first of all connected with issuance of passport of other ID documents have been discussed.
The Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Borys Babin emphasized the importance of settlement of situation connected with a list of additional documents, which the residents of the temporarily occupied territory should provide while submitting applications for passport documents.
Whereas Izet Hdanov emphasized the necessity of monitoring of persons who illegally perform mediatory services connected with the provision of administrative services on the mainland of Ukraine.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the initiative of establishment of Administration Service Centres for Crimean residents and internally displaced persons under «Single window system» principle near the checkpoints at the administrative border with Crimea.
Under results of the session, the parties agreed to intensify collaboration and to solve issues connected with the Crimean problematics together. It was decided to establish a working group consisting of representatives of the governmental authorities of the temporarily occupied territory under the aegis of the Representative Office of Ukraine in Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
