We are reminding you that since August 5, the amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9 2020 №1236 “On the establishment of quarantine and the introduction of restrictive anti-epidemic measures in order to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease Covid-19 in Ukraine caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2” came into force. Such amendments change the rules for crossing entrance/exit checkpoints at the administrative boundary line with the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
In particular, self- isolation for a period of 10 days, which begins 72 hours after crossing the checkpoints is provided for citizens arriving from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
In this case, self-isolation is not applied to:
– persons under 18 years of age;
– participants of external independent evaluation;
– persons who intend to enter educational institutions, including preparatory courses
for admission to state institutions of higher education located in the territory where public authorities exercise their powers in full;
– applicants who study in educational institutions located in the territory where public authorities exercise their powers in full;
– one of the parents (adoptive parents), guardians, trustees, other legal representatives or other persons authorized by one of the parents (adoptive parents), guardians, trustees or other legal representatives accompanying the persons specified in paragraphs 2.4;
– citizens of Ukraine who wish to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in the territory where public authorities exercise their powers in full, if they have an invitation to vaccination with a unique identifier;
– persons who have a document confirming a full course of vaccination or an international, domestic or foreign certificate;
– citizens of Ukraine who have a document prescribed by the Ministry of Health, confirming receipt of a single dose of vaccine against COVID-19, included by the World Health Organization in the list of permitted for use in emergencies.
Self-isolation, observation of a person in connection with crossing the state border is not applied or is terminated in case of a negative result of testing for COVID-19 by PCR or rapid test, which was conducted after crossing the state border.
According to the Healthcare Department of Kherson region, test points for COVIat the checkpoints “Chongar”, and “Kalanchak” are open from Monday till Friday from9.00 a.m. to 15.00 p.m., other time, weekends and holidays- in the reception department of Kalanchak District Hospital.
