The hearings were organized by Committees on foreign policy and inter-parliamentary cooperation, on Human Rights, De-occupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories in Donetsk, Luhansk Regions and Autonomous Republic of Crimea, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations and on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.
“Meeting was held in a constructive manner: the representatives of various government agencies and experts expressed their views on the foreign policy vector of work on the de-occupation of Crimea; the current situation on the temporarily occupied peninsula and details of the Crimean Platform. Parliament’s attention to the issues of de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea is very important. For the proper and effective implementation of the Crimean Platform, Ukraine needs to do its homework to show our international partners that Ukraine is working on the track of de-occupation and reintegration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”, – commented on parliamentary hearings the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anton Korynevych.
