One of the important directions of counteracting the hybrid aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol is a systematic response by the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on the revealed facts of illegal visiting of the peninsula by Russian artists for “cultural” propaganda of the so-called “Russian world”. 

During the year, the Mission collected and provided the information  to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine / MFA of Ukraine, Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting, Security Service of Ukraine – on the facts of concerts of Russian singers, theatrical performances and making of feature films with Russian artists in the temporarily occupied Crimea and to add them to the list of people threatening the national security of Ukraine.

In addition, the Mission systematically monitors the actions aimed at legitimizing the attempt to annex the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol by the occupation administration and handles each such case with the relevant central executive bodies and is working on each case with the State authorities.
