For the third successive year the applicants for entry from Crimea and uncontrolled part of Donbas can enter the Higher Educational Establishments and vocational educational institutions under a simplified procedure – without passing an independent external testing. To enter the HEE it is necessary to have a passport and a school certificate. That was one of the issues discussed at the meeting on entrance via the Educational Centers, held in the Ministry of education and science with the participation of Higher Educational Establishments, local Educational Departments and nongovernmental organizations.
To enter under the simplified procedure will be possible from June, 4 till September, 28 via the Educational Centers “Crimea- Ukraine”
To enter under the simplified procedure the applicant for entry is needed to come to the Educational Center, submit the application and fill the educational declaration. Then he must pass the final State Examinations on two subjects (Ukrainian, History of Ukraine) and pass an exam on one of the chosen subjects selected by the Higher Educational Establishment or pass a creative contest. Also it is necessary to get a temporarily certificate at school assigned to the Educational Center which should be changed into the School certificate during 3 months and an annex to a School certificate could be taken during a year and it is obligatory to pass the annual assessment at School assigned to the Educational Center.
To enter the HEE via the Educational Centers is possible for the persons lack the Ukrainian School certificate and certificates of independent external testing but those who has a School certificate and IET certificates of 2016, 2017 , 2018.
In average the entrance procedure takes 3-4 days.
