On 5 March 2019 the equipment was brought to the Mission, provided by the Council of Europe within the project of free technical assistance “Internal displacement in Ukraine: development of long-term solutions”. The project is aimed at the empowerment of the internally displaced institutions to improve the system for the protection of human rights in accordance with the standards of the Council of Europe.

After the signing of the relevant documents and transferring the equipment to the Mission, the First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in AR of Crimea and the Coordinator on  national institutions of the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine Sergiy Marushchenko discussed the ways for further collaboration.
