On the 01st day of February, 2018 Maksym Kozhemyaka, Head of the Service for the Citizens from the Temporally Occupied Territories and Bakhshysh Kerimov, Chief Consultant of the Service for Reintegration and De-Occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of the Mission, took part in the public hearings on the topic of “Establishment of Center for Administrative Services in the urban settlement of Novooleksiivka” held in Novooleksiivka settlement of Henichesk district of Kherson region.
The issues of reasonability of establishment of the Center for Administrative Services for the purpose of provision of qualitative administrative services for the residents of the district as well as prospective possibility of obtaining services in passportization in the districts closed to the temporally occupied territories, incl. residents of the temporarily occupied Crimea were discussed by the participants. The event was held with support from the program “Integration of local governmental bodies of the indigenous people into the system of local self-government of Ukraine”.
The representatives of the Mission supported the initiative for establishment of Centers for Administrative Services as it would be convenient for the citizens of Ukraine from the temporarily occupied Crimea from the standpoint of territory. Besides, expert-head of the Department for Provision of Administrative Services of the Executive Committee of Bilozirka Village Council of Cherkasy region, O.A. Yazhelechuk told about experience of establishment of Centers for Administrative Services in 2016 and about positive changes in the quality of providing administrative services to the residents of the region.
Based on results of the hearings, the community of Novooleksiivka fully supported the decision of appealing to the Village Council with a proposal to develop and adopt a concept for the establishment of Centers for Administrative Services in Novooleksiivka settlement.
