On 13 January 2020 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the AR of Crimea Anton Korynevych and the deputy Permanent Representative Tamila Tasheva took part in the conference hall, held by the Kherson State Regional Administration to discuss important issues for the residents of the AR of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and IDPs.
The interlocutors agreed to launch a broad information campaign on opportunities for studying of Crimean youth by simplified procedure in the mainland Ukraine as well as involving the children from Crimea in Ukrainian educational and cultural programmers.
Introduction of health care telemedicine technologies was also discussed, including other opportunities, providing unhindered access of residents of the temporarily occupied peninsula to quality health care.
In Henitchesk district of Kherson region, it is planned to launch the construction of housing estate for IDPs. The construction project includes six four storied buildings for 336 apartments on a land plot with an area of 4.5 hectares. The estimated value of the project is 160 mln hrn. The search for possible sources of funding is under way.
Kherson State Regional Administration together with the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the AR of Crimea, civic organizations are working to implement this initiative as soon as possible.
