According to the results of the monitoring conducted by the Representative Office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in cooperation with the State Emergency Service 22674 residents of Crimea have been registered in mainland Ukraine, 53 of which got the status of internally displaced people in October of the current year.
Geography of the densely inhabited parts of the mainland Ukraine by the residents of the Crimean Peninsula is as follows: Lviv (3546 internally displaced persons), Odessa (2043 internally displaced persons), Mykolaiv (1450 internally displaced persons), Kyiv (1217 internally displaced persons), Kherson (1178 internally displaced persons), Kharkiv (898 internally displaced persons) regions and the city of Kyiv (4665 internally displaced people).
In this October 43 families left the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and registered in the mainland Ukraine. These are 27 and 15 able-bodied men and women correspondingly, 6 children and 5 elderly or disabled people. In Mykolaiv region 32 residents from Crimea registered, in Volyn region 11, Kherson 5, Chernihiv 4, Lviv 3 and Ternopil 1. In Vinnytsia region 3 citizens were removed from the register of internally displaced people.
According to the information of the Regional State Administrations the number of appeals received in October 2016 from the residents with the registration in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol city is 1552, of them: 1403 migration issues; 34 issues concerning obtaining education; 13 about social assistance; 5 about employment, 97 concerning medical service, provision of accommodation, etc. 98,6 per cent of appeals have been considered and have a positive result, others are under the decision and control processes.
1299 appeals or 92,6 per cent of the total amount of migration issues submitted by the residents of Crimea in October of the current year were considered by the regional office of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Kherson region:
– 860 execution, issuance and exchange of passport of the citizen of Ukraine for travelling abroad;
– 328 photo pasting in into the passport of the citizen of Ukraine upon reaching the age of 25 and 45 years old;
– 97 execution or exchange of passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
– 14 execution of ID cards.
At the request of citizens the Representative Office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea considered and positively resolved 3859 issues, out of them 2065 in 2016, of which 204 in October.
