On February 2, 2018, Borys Babin, the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, held a working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to Ukraine, Mr. Martin Hagström and the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden, Mrs. Louise Morsing. The parties discussed issues of coordination of actions of the member states of the Group of Friends of Crimea and ways of international support of Ukraine in the matter of de-occupation of the peninsula.

The parties determined priorities of future cooperation in the field of coordination of technical assistance with the purpose of protection of rights of the citizens of Ukraine living on the temporarily occupied Crimea, discussed the relevant activities of the Mission in the field of coordination of development of centers for administrative services, minimum urgent arrangement of border crossing checkpoints, organization of railway and legal bus transportation for Crimeans arriving in mainland Ukraine.
