On April, 6 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine Borys Babin and the officials of the Departments of International Connections and Legal Analysis of the Mission met with the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Lilia Grynevitch, the Deputy Minister Roman Greba, and the Heads of the Departments of this Ministry.

During the meetingthe rights to education of the IDPs from Crimea and the citizens of Ukraine residing in Crimea was discussed, also as the information on entrance the Higher Educational Establishments campaign 2018-2019  to be held for the citizens of Ukraine residing in Crimea.  The issue of the Indigenous People’s rights to education was also raised.

A special attention was paid to the displacement of the Higher Educational Establishments from the TOT of Ukraine in Crimea to the mainland of Ukraine and their licenses to be restored. It was also noted at the imposition of sanctions against the Higher Educational Establishments illegally functioning in Crimea. As the result of the meeting the parties have agreed upon the algorithm of their further cooperation.
