In July 31, 2018 a Memorandum on collaboration and partnership has been signed among the Mission of the President of Ukraine in ARC, the Novooleksiivka Village Council and the NGO “Crimean Institute of Strategic Researches” by support of the Mejlis of Crimean Tatar People, of the Kherson Regional Council, of the Kherson State Regional Administration, of the Territorial Directorate of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in Kherson region and of the Directorate of State Migration Service of Ukraine in Kherson region. The Memorandum is supposed to enhance the quality of administrative services, provided to the inhabitants of Novooleksiivka and citizens of Ukraine, residing in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in Crimea.

The First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARK pointed out that the Memorandum provides for close partnership and collaboration among the sides in order to establish the Administrative Service Center for the citizens of Ukraine in Novooleksiivka. The Center is scheduled for days for people of Ukraine, residing in the temporarily occupied territory in Crimea. Two special working places, an office to provide free legal assistance and notary office are going to be established there. After signing the Memorandum the participants discussed the ways of rapid exchange of information within the cause of Memorandum implementation. The opening of the Administrative Service Center is planned for October-November 2018.
