On March, 6 2018 the First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Izet Gdanov together with the officials of the Mission joined to the meeting of the Commission on monitoring the activities of displaced higher educational institutions.

The participants of the event were the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine L. Grinevich, the Deputy Ministers V. Kovtunets, Y. Rushkevych, rectors, pro-rectors of displaced Higher Educational Institutions and scientists.

At the meeting a summary was given of recent activities of the Commission on monitoring the activities of displaced universities and presented the proposals for improving the activities of displaced higher educational institutions.

The organization of educational process, its methodological support, students and stuff needs, material and technical support for displaced higher educational institutions were discussed. The First Deputy of the Permanent Representative highlighted the current educational challenges faced by internally displaced persons from Crimea, in particular their enrollment at higher educational institutions. The Mission set its proposals for improving the coordination of displaced higher educational institutions, carrying out the advertising company among the applicants for entry in the TOT, pointing out the required document for entrance and the number of preferential places.
