University admission through the educational center “Crimea-Ukraine” is provided for applicants who lived and studied in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and want to obtain higher, professional higher and professional (vocational) education in higher-educational institutions in Ukraine by the use of the state budget funding.

There is a possibility of transfer from the contract form of education to the state budget funding form if the entrant has not managed to enter a higher-educational institution or a professional higher education institution by the use of the state budget funding.

It is also possible to enter through the educational center for a budget form of education in professional (vocational) education.

In 2021, as in previous years, the enrollment orders (for the safety of entrants) will encrypt the names of entrants.
