Today in the morning the punishment bodies of the occupying authorities of RF in Crimea held the illegal searches of the housing belonging to the coordinator and activist of the movement “Crimean Solidarity” Server Mustafaev and Edem Smzilov. The abovementioned repression activity is a systemic persecution of the activists for their civil and rights’ protection position, for obstruction of ethnic discrimination and oppression of the Crimean Tatar People in the peninsula.

Today the real target of the Russian force structures in Crimea is the oppression of any social activity, precluding of the attempts to highlight the punishment bodies’ aggression concerning the Crimean residents. As aptly observed by the “Crimean Solidarity” the previous unreasonable arrests of the activists, civil journalists and civil advocates confirm the illegal actions of the Russian force power in the peninsula. In Crimea today nobody of those who has an active citizenship and ready to defend it is not protected from pressure exerted by the Russian security bodies, their harassment and intimidation, illegal searches and arrests.

The ”Crimean Solidarity” called on all the independent mass media and rights’ protections organizations to implement all means of influence within information and legal environment for highlighting, monitoring of the facts of harassments regarding the Crimean Tatars People and taking all possible measures in order to  make Russia to respect the rights of illegally detained Server Mystafaev and Edem Smailov.
