On 16 November the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin took part in the opening of administrative service center (ASC) in Novotroitske settlement in Kherson Region.

Owning to ASC in Novotroitske which is developed as “one office”, it is possible for the citizens to get more than 135 administrative services quickly and easy. Novotroitsky district is situated close to the temporarily occupied Crimea and with the opening of the ASC, the residents of TOT of Ukraine are able to issue the certificates in the territory of Kherson region. To establish and equip the center properly, 163,3 thousand grn were spent by the State, regional and local budgets.

The Director of the Department of Economic Development and Trade of Kherson State Administration Dmytro Butriy, People’s Deputies of Ukraine Sergiy Khlan, the public and press were present to open the Center.
