In August 10, the First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Izet Gdanov and the officials of the Mission`s Department of the International Connections participated in the preparatory meeting on the annual XXX session of the Ukrainian and Russian Commission on Fishery in the Azov Sea which is going to be held in Ukraine in 2018.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Izet Gdanov stressed on the strengthening of the military presence and security in the marine waters of the Azov Sea. He questioned the usefulness to continue the Fishery Agreements between the Russia and Ukraine under the temporarily occupation of Crimea and coherent systemic violations by Russian Federation.
