The President Petro Poroshenko signed the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to the attachment 3 of the Law of Ukraine «On State Budget of Ukraine for 2018»”  The above-mentioned amendments increase the directions for usage of budgetary resources, relating to the social rehabilitation, provision of medical and social services and Levko Lukyanenko State scholarships, granted to the above-mentioned category of persons.

The Law amended the title of the budget program, provided by the Ministry of temporarily occupied territories and IDP’s in a new version: “Measures for protection of the rights and interests, social rehabilitation of the persons, deprived of personal freedom by the illegal armed forces, occupying administration and/or RF authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and territory of the Russian Federation due to the social and political activity of the mentioned persons and as well as support, provided to the mentioned persons and their families, the loss compensation for visits, provision such persons and the members of their families with the legal assistance, medical, social services and Levko Lukyanenko State scholarships”.
