On the 21st day of August, 2017, at the Kherson Regional State Administration, the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Borys Babin, together with his First Deputy Izet Hdanov during a joint meeting with the Authorized Representative of the President of Ukraine in the affairs of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemiliev, Representatives of Law Enforcement and Executive Authorities discussed a number of issues connected with the Crimean problems.
First of all, it was a matter of urgent issues in the field of education and migration, which in the Kherson region are decided by settlers of the temporarily occupied territory.
In addition, the participants of the meeting paid considerable attention to the situation with the crossing of the administrative border with the Crimea. Borys Babin stressed that the problem has long been overdue and well-known, but today it is finally necessary to move on to its solution and settlement.
Particular attention was paid to counteracting corruption in providing Crimean citizens with administrative services.
The introduction of amendments to the Government Resolution No. 1035, which will regulate the procedure for the transfer of personal belongings through the administrative boundary with Crimea, should be the priority in this direction.
After the joint meeting, its participants, together with the Head of Kherson Regional State Administration, visited the Regional State Migration Service.
