On the 23rd day of August, 2017, the First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Izet Hdanov visited the entrance and departure checkpoints “Kalanchak” and “Chaplynka” to check the actual state of affairs and issues related to the functioning of the entrance and departure checkpoints.
During the visit, First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Izet Hdanov paid attention to the lack of lighting, proper sanitary conditions, the implementation of illegal passenger traffic through the administrative boundary with Crimea, and so on.
Izet Hdanov stressed the necessity of amending to the Governmental Decree No. 1035 “On Restrictions on Supply of Certain Goods (Works, Services) from Temporarily Occupied Territories to Another Territory of Ukraine and / or from other Territory of Ukraine to the Temporarily Occupied Territory”.
In addition, there was talk of the need to create offices for servicing residents of Crimea and internally displaced persons on the principle of “Single window” near the administrative boundary at the point “Kalanchak”.
Also, Izet Hdanov paid attention to the need for monitoring during the crossing of the administrative boundary with the Crimea of persons performing mediatory functions in providing administrative services in the mainland of Ukraine.
