On 25 September 2018 in Chaplynka the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin held a regular meeting of the Working Group on Resolving Current Issues Concerning the Temporarily Occupied Territory of Ukraine in Crimea in accordance with the Plan of Urgent Measures on Counteracting the Russian Aggression from the Temporarily Occupied Territory of Ukraine in Crimea, on Defense of the State Interests, of Citizens of Ukraine and of the Ukrainian Legal Persons in Crimea for 2018-2019.

During the meeting the attention was paid to assistance of the authorized bodies to locate the attachments of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the territories of Kherson region, adjacent to the peninsula. The aspects of identifying and procedural response to causing the environmental harm to the inhabitants and households of Kherson region by the factories of chemical industry of the temporarily occupied Crimea were discussed. Besides, the present state of affairs on establishing the Administrative Service Centers in Novotroitske and Chaplynka districts, on the counteracting of illicit transportation from Crimea, illicit usage of natural resources of Сrimea neighboring lakes and other pressed issues regarding the counteraction of Russia’s aggression were highlighted.
