The Mission from open sources learned about the intention to conduct a tour of the Russian comedy performer (performing in the genre of “Stand Up”) Ivan Abramov in Ukraine in May 2021, who plans to perform in Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv and Dnipro.

As a result of monitoring, the Mission found that in August 2019 Abramov illegally visited the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, violating the current procedure for crossing the administrative border with the temporarily occupied peninsula, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 367 of June 4, 2015.

There is information about Ivan Abramov’s solo concert in Simferopol, which took place on August 11, 2019 at the so-called “State Academic Musical Theater of the Republic of Crimea”.

In connection with Abramov’s violation of the rules of crossing the administrative border at the entrance to the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in 2019, the Mission asked the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine to take into account this information and reach a verdict.
