Due to the mutual activity of the State Migration Service in Ukraine and the Mission of the President of Ukraine in ARC because of great demand for foreign biometric passports to be issued not only to the residents of Kherson region but also to the ones from the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Kherson Administrative Service Center “Passport Service” of the State Enterprise “Document” in May, 30 2018 was removed to the new equipped building located at the Ushakova Lane, 53 (at the side of Borys Mozolevskiy Street).
The former building of the SE “Document” was equipped by only two operated workstations for biometric data recording and the one for the issuance of the manufactured documents. The capacity of the document issuance was not so large and could not meet the demands of all applicants, causing a significant social tension and relevant complaints of the citizens from Crimea sent to the Mission. And now fifteen stations to get the documents and four stations to issue the manufactured ones will be working to serve the applicants. It is planned to more than 400 applicants to be served per day (the former results – 100-200 applicants per day), the electronic queue is available online. As well as in the center the accompanying services are available in request: health insurance, to certify the documents and get the information certificate on the existence or lack of the criminal record. The services could be paid by cash or bank card in terminal, established directly in the building of “Passport Service”. “WI-FI” is provided in the Center, the play ground is established for the children to enjoy playing while the parents are busy issuing the documents.
The Kherson Administrative Service Center at the Ushakova Prospect, 53 will be open during a working week from 9 a.m. to 20.00 p.m., on Saturday from 9.00 a.m. till 18.00 p.m. (without a dinner break), Sunday is a day off. The Mission has justified hopes that highly professional staff of the State Enterprise “Document” will guarantee the citizens of Ukraine, coming the temporarily occupied territory, European comfort and qualified services in issuance of documents.
