On February, 27 the Chief Consultant of the Department of reintegration and deocupation of the Mission of the President in ARC took part in public hearings: “Establishment of the Administrative Service Centre in the village Rykove” The meeting was initiated by the inhabitants of the Partyzanske territorial community.

It was discussed the feasibility of establishing the Administrative Service Centre in order to provide the local inhabitants and citizens of Ukraine from the TOT with the operational administrative services. The chief consultant maintained the initiative of the territorial community to establish the Center as a geographically convenient unit for the citizens from TOT Crimea.

The hearings resulted on recommendations to develop and adopt the conception of establishment the Administrative Service Centre in the village of Rykove. The Mission monitors and facilitates the ensuring of the inhabitants of occupied peninsula with the administrative services in the districts situated  not far from the administrative boundary line.
