The working meeting of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea with the employees of the Military Prosecutor’s Office was held on the 19th day of August, 2017. During the meeting, there, together with the first deputy of the military prosecutor of the Southern region of Ukraine, Colonel of Justice Valerii Kryvonis, were discussed the issues of fixing offenses occurring on separate objects located in temporarily occupied territories.

In addition, during the meeting, the parties discussed the increase of the efficiency of the delegate competences and powers of the disbanded Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Crimean region of Ukraine. It was planned to further joint measures to detect offenses committed by the authorities of the occupying power of the aggressor state and further legal response.
