In 1944 the Soviet government in Crimea began the implementation of its criminal plan against the foundations of humanity and principles of civilized nations co – existence. It is not confidential that it was in 1944 when the Lviv scientist Rafal Lemkin said about the peculiarities of people killing basing on the evidential offences committed against the Crimean Tatar, Jews, and Ukrainians, which he called the genocide.
Numerous loses of Crimean Tatars’ People that it was sufferring throughout dozens of displacement years and its systemic discrimination by the imperial regime of the USSR will forever haunt in the conscious of mankind. The current attempts of the Russian occupier authorities to re-wright the history, eliminate the evidence of international crimes and to justify the organizers and perpetrators of de-occupation is a new international crime for which the punishment will inevitably follow. And only the de- occupation of Crimea can guarantee the cessation of the initial goal of Russian imperial state to eliminate the Crimea Tatar People.
We are sure that individuals, guilty for aiding of Crimean Tatars’ deportation, repeated deportations of Crimean Tatars from the peninsula 1944-1989, particularly those who are residing in the mainland Ukraine will be judged by the Ukrainian court.
