Henceforth, a birth certificate for a baby, born in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol can be obtained by electronic signature via digital service eMalyatko.
Parents of 18 years old child, born in the temporarily occupied territories, which haven’t obtained Ukrainian birth certificate for their child yet, now they can use on line service eMalyatko. First, they have to file an application to confirm the birth of a child through the Electronic Court (https://id.court.gov.ua/
The attachment to the application includes:
- copies of documents, confirming the birth of child; medical birth certificates;
- copies of parents’ passports and Identification codes:
- copy of marriage certificate (if any);
- other evidences if child birth (if any).
This category of cases is exempted from the payment of a court fee. With the court decision received, you should submit an application for a comprehensive service eMalyatko on the portal Action.
While receiving service there are also available:
- assignment of taxpayer identification number;
- assignment of a unique entry registration number of determinations of the child’s citizenship in Ukraine (if parents (or one of them) have their own unique entry number in the register);
- payments at birth of child;
- registration of child’s place of residence (if one of the parents has been registered in the places, where this service is available).
The application to eMalyatko is signed by the electronic signature. You can obtain birth certificate at Civil Registry Department at suitable time for you. In addition, birth certificate’s data can be added to a list of other documents at portal “Action”.
