According to para 7, subparagraph 4 of the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 9 December 2020 № 1236 “About establishment of quarantine and introduction of restrictive anti-epidemic actions for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus”, the persons, coming from the temporarily occupied territories of Donets, Luhansk regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol are liable to self-isolation, except for such people if there is no reason to consider that they were in contact with COVID – patient:
- Persons under 12 years old;
- Employees of official international missions, accredited in Ukraine;
- Participants of external independent evaluation;
- Persons, intending to enter the educational institutions in the territory, controlled by the Government of Ukraine;
- One of the parents (adoptive parents), guardians, other legal representatives or other persons authorized by one of the parents (adoptive parents), guardians, or other legal representatives accompanying the persons, determined in paragraphs 4. Subparagraph 6.
- Citizens of Ukraine, who wish to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in the controlled by the Government of Ukraine territory upon presentation the invitation to vaccination by unique identificator
We call to take advantage of the created opportunities of education or vaccination and not to worry about being isolated in other regions of Ukraine
