The Mission of the President of Ukraine in ARC congratulates the citizens of Ukraine, residing in Crimea or IDPs from the temporarily occupied peninsula with the Day of Constitution of Ukraine.

We sure that the Rights of the Ukrainian People, the Rights of the Indigenous Peoples, Human Rights and Freedoms, guaranteed by the Basic Law of Ukraine, will be restored in Crimea during its de-occupation. Nowadays the Mission together with the others State bodies resolve the national wide task on the defense of the Constitutional System of Ukraine against the aggressor State. Our victory is inevitable because it is based on the right and truth.
