Izet Hdanov, first deputy, together with the Lithuanian delegation chaired by the head of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Viktoras Pranckietis, with the participation of the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, and the heads of Kherson region, visited the administrative border with the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula.

The First Deputy of the Permanent Representative thanked the Lithuanian delegation for the consistent policy of Lithuania in condemning the annexation of the peninsula and full support of the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar peoples.

In his turn, the Lithuanian politician said that Lithuania would never recognize the Russian occupation of Crimea. The flag of the Republic of Lithuania was launched on the border with the temporarily occupied territory, so that the enemy knew that the rights of Ukraine were defending at the level of the European community.

Later Izet Hdanov congratulated the Muslims on the holiday of Kurban Bayram and, together with all present, took part in the festivitival events near the cultural center of urban settlement of Novooleksiivka.
