In May, 8 2018 a working group meeting was held headed by the First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Izet Gdanov on the measures aimed to counteract the usage by the air companies of the closed air area over Crimean peninsula.The participants of the meeting were the representatives of the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ukraine’s Special Service etc.

During the meeting it was developed the algorithm of the competent bodies’ cooperation aimed on the counteraction of the air companies operating the flights to the occupied Crimea and made some decisions on illegal flights to/from the occupied Crimea. The members of the working group are working on the implementations of the practical arrangements and complex counteraction of the usage by the air companies of the closed air area over the territory of Crimea.
