In August 20, 2018 a working meeting on registration of the internally displaced persons from the TOT of Ukraine in Crimea as well as the citizens from the occupied peninsula for military service was held by the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin and the First Deputy Izet Gdanov. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the General Staff of the Military Service of Ukraine, State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, local military commissariat, Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, State Migration Service of Ukraine.

The modality of efficient monitoring to be implemented in order to register the IDPs from the TOT of Ukraine in Crimea and residents of the temporarily Crimea, coming to the mainland of Ukraine was discussed. The discussion concerned the illumination of obstacles and weaknesses of the enrolment the above-mentioned category of citizens of Ukraine into the military register. The meeting resulted in agreement of further actions within the competence in order to improve the military reserve by the implementation of the efficient military register.
