In May, 24 2018 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin and the officials of the Departments of International Connections and Legal Analysis of the Mission met in the workshop format with the Minister of Healthcare of Ukraine Ulyana Suprun and the heads of other subdivisions of the Ministry. In the cause of the meeting the highlighted issues concerned the provision of primary, secondary and tertiary health care to the citizens of Ukraine, residing in Crimea, the equipment of medical structures, where the IDPs from Crimea are treated as well, the medical and social examinations of the persons, residing in the occupied Crimea and the issue of education of the Crimean residents in the Medical Educational Establishments of Ukraine. It was also discussed the provision of additional subsidiaries to the healthcare institutions in order to help concluding the contracts between the citizens of Ukraine from Crimea who coming for medical treatment but lack the status of IDPs and the doctor. As the result of the meeting it was developed the practical algorithm for cooperation to fulfill the both entrusted mandates.
