On March 28 the ermanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin and the Chief Consultant of the Department of International Connections Valeria Valeria Pakhomova held a working meeting with the officials of the Special Monitoring Mission OSCE in Ukraine in Kyiv Yuzef Lange and Andrew Kobzarenko.
During the meeting it was discussed the aspects of monitoring activity by the SMM OSCE of humanitarian, ecological, security, informational, educational and religious issues concerning the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in Crimea.

The following issues of the discussion were: the current activity of the Mission on improvement the system of the passports’ issuing to the citizens of Ukraine from Crimea, facilitation in obtaining of the relevant administrative services by the political detainers’ relatives, the equipment of the administrative service centers situated in the districts close to Crimea, the railway link to the station “Vadim” and legal automobile transportation to the check points. The significant attention was paid to the urgent need for the check points “Chongar” and “Kalanchak” to be minimum equipped.
