In April, 20 the creating of more job opportunities in the Administrative Service Center “Passport Service” of Kherson City was a subject for discussing during the meeting of the First Deputy of the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Izet Gdanov and the Head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine Maxim Sokoluk. Renewed, modernized and increased Administrative Service Center “Passport Center” of SE “Document”, opening on the 30th of May 2918 in Kherson, Ushakova lane 53, became the practic result of the agreements and cooperation of both state institutions.
In April, 23 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the ARC Borys Babin, his First Deputy Izet Gdanov held a working meeting in this regard with the Head of the Department of Citizen Service of the SE “Document” Sergiy Gutnik. To make the services obtained by the Ukrainian citizens from Crimea more comfortable and empower of the state enterprise it will be created 15 jobs to accept the documents and 4 jobs for issuing the passports to the citizens of Ukraine. The Center will be able to provide 450 administrative services per day. It was noted that the mutual activity of the Mission and the State Migration Service of Ukraine to make services provided to the citizens close to the European standards will meet the demands of the residents not only of Kherson but the ones of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in Crimea.
During the meeting Sergiy Gutnik proposed to the Mission to organize the information campaigns for the citizens of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in Crimea on the empowerment of the State enterprise “Document” in Kherson which to be launched from May 30, 2018. However, he noted on organization of legal scheduled passenger transportation from the checkpoints to the Citizens’ Service Center. The working meeting resulted in determining the layout of the future interaction between the Mission and the State Enterprise “Document” to provide the administrative services to the citizens of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in Crimea and IDPs.
