On 12 November 2018 the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Borys Babin participated in the Fourth Meeting of the Regional Development Council, headed by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. During the meeting of the Council for Regional Development in Kyiv, President Petro Poroshenko congratulated Brigadier General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Head of Ivan Bohun Military Lyceum, Hero of Ukraine Ihor Hordiychuk on his birthday and noted that the Ukrainian Army is a guarantor of liberation of some temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and illegally annexed Crimea. In his speech the President of Ukraine mentioned about the political prisoners, detained in the prisons of the RF and occupied Crimea and drew attention to the territories, adjacent to the temporarily occupied Crimea in Kherson region.
