On January 24th, 2018 the Office of the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea held a meeting to resolve the urgent issues in organization of activities and arrangement of new workplaces for administrators of the Centers for Administrative Services under the chairmanship of the acting Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Izet Hdanov. The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Chief of the Department of State Migration Service of Ukraine in Kherson region Ivanov D.V., staff of the Mission, representatives of local self-government bodies of the city of Kherson, Kakhovka, Chaplynka District Administration, Askania Nova Territorial Community.
The step-by-step algorithm of actions for establishment of the Centers for Administrative Services (including employment generation for the administrators of the Centers, organization of connection to the National Confidential Communication System, development of technical specifications of the workplace), developed by the State Migration Service of Ukraine were presented by Ivanov D.V at the time of the meeting. The problematic issues that would be solved with the assistance of the Mission together with the State Migration Service were also discussed. Besides, there were given relevant instructions and recommendations for establishment of the Centers for Administrative Services in the near future. The estimated dates of establishment are the following:
in the town of Kakhovka, Kakhovka Town Council – in February, 2018
in urban settlement of Chaplinka, Chaplynka District Administration together with the territorial community – in March, 2018.
in Kherson, Kherson City Council – in Apri, 2018.

In his turn, Izet Hdanov emphasized that one of the priority tasks of the Mission is contribution to the establishment of a network of the Centers for Administrative Services or their separate units on the territory of Kherson region, which would provide a full range of services related to the registration of passport documents and would simplify the procedure for their receipt by the citizens of Ukraine from the occupied Crimea. For territorial communities – budget revenues would be increased as administrative service fees and state fees were included in the revenues of the general fund of local budgets, contributing to the development of infrastructure of local communities and employment generation.
