Chatbot is  a new online service of the State Migration Service of Ukraine to help you to do this. The service is available in the popular messengers such as Telegram and Viber.

You can receive any consultation regarding all biometric documents, issued by the State Migration Service of Ukraine in on- line mode, including ID card, external passport as well as residence permit for foreigners and stateless persons.

You will have to answer a few questions from Chatbot regarding the  individual circumstances to get a passport and then you will be informed about the kinds of documents should be submitted to issue the passport by the migration service or the administrative service center.

In addition, you will be receiving SMS messages about every new phase of issuance of the document until the document is get ready to be issued.
